Neighbourhood Watch Marston

I have agreed to become the Neighbourhood watch coordinator for the village. This means we can act as a community to receive crime and information updates from the police and emergency services as well as crime reduction advice. The schemes have also been proven to improve communities by helping share responsibility for those more vulnerable.

If there’s enough interest then the parish Council have offered their support and kindly agreed that we can share information through a number of existing channels, such as:

The Village Newsletter / The Village Noticeboards / Marston’s Website and Facebook Pages.

If you’re not online then please let me know so I can ensure you are notified directly of any important information.  In the early stages, it’s about gathering support and membership for our scheme to see if there’s enough interest. I hope we can build it up to be another positive aspect to the village. It doesn’t require anyone’s time at this stage, just permission to contact you with updates as available.

If you think a scheme might be a good idea for us my details are below. Please feel free to drop me an email or pop a note through to me at my address.

My contact details are: marstonwatch@gmail.com / Mike – 35 Ollershaw Lane, Marston Cheshire

Best regards

Mike Dawson
